A Brazilian kind of bootcamp...
Get ready to samba, bust out capoeira moves (Brazilian martial arts,) push through soccer drills and work those legs and bum bum! Add all that Brazilian to a bootcamp style circuit with total body exercises and you've got an incredible workout with a latin flavor! You'll feel like a Brazilian AND an athlete by the end of class!
Just like in Brazil, we keep class welcoming and informal. You'll hear lots of stories and jokes. That said, this is hard work, but hard work with Brazilian spirit! :)

I am a personal trainer certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM.) As a Brazilian-American, I've practiced everything from martial arts to weightlifting in both Brazil and the United States over the past ten years. I can't wait to share it with you in class!
I created Corpão Brazilian Bootcamp as a fun and effective alternative to the traditional bootcamp (who enjoys running and push-ups all day long - puh?!) Brazilian Bootcamp combines endurance, strength and cardio exercises straight from Brazil with bootcamp classics. I know you'll love it!

We alternate locations to keep the workouts new and challenging. You'll get to know Central Park's benches, stairs, trees and hills intimately as we incorporate them into our routines and, of course, the views aren't so bad either.
